The Implementation Team at Informz works closely with new clients to get them up and running with the Informz email marketing platform, training users on the system and designing new, custom-HTML templates for them. From the design process to educating clients on best design practices, HTML Template Designers are an integral part of the Informz Implementation team!
In this edition of Informally, we?re talking with Nabeel John, HTML Template Designer at Informz! Not only is he fascinated by technology, Nabeel is also adept at photography, can program computers and is a foodie!
What is your official title and what does your job entail?
I am an HTML Template Designer here at Informz. I am responsible for designing, creating and supporting/troubleshooting email templates for our clients, and also educating advisors and clients on template design and best practices.
How long have you been with Informz?
I?ve been at Informz for about 4 months!
What is your favorite part of your job?
I really enjoy creating great graphics and templates for our clients, and helping them out with the issues they might have with their existing templates. I love what I do!
What are some of your hobbies?
Well, I like to have a lot of variety in my life. Aside from doing what I love at work, I also enjoy taking classes, graphic design, photography, computer programming, travelling, hiking, camping, movies and music. Most of the time I?m surrounded by my gadgets.?I love technology!
What is your favorite movie?
It?s hard to say one name, but movies like The Social Network, Avatar, and The Lord of the Rings are among my favorites.
What is your favorite food?
I love all Italian dishes. I could eat those every day.
Describe your typical work day in three words.
Creative, inspirational, educational!
What?s your vision of a perfect society?
A society free of hatred and differences, where everyone can live freely and with love!
What do you do in your free time?
It?s really hard to find free time often, but whenever I do I prefer spending it with my wife and family, dining out, watching movies, relaxing and stuff like that.
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you take with you?
Well?I?d take my wife, my computer (I?m sure I?d get internet service there) and food!!
